FitzGerald doesn’t have to testify in GOP lawsuit

The Ohio Supreme Court says the Democratic gubernatorial candidate does not have to provide testimony as he fights a GOP lawsuit trying to force him to release data related to his job as the Cuyahoga County executive.

The suit asks the court to compel the release as public records of key-card data showing when Ed FitzGerald enters and leaves Cuyahoga County buildings and parking facilities.
