Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is located at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Oct. 29: Barbecue pulled pork on a bun, blend vegetables, carrots, unsweetened peaches, fruit juice, gelatin, cookie and milk.
Thursday, Oct. 30: Pasta with meatballs, zucchini, orange, bread and milk.
Friday, Oct. 31: Sloppy joes on a bun, tater tots, blend vegetables, unsweetened pears, apple juice, holiday cookie and milk.
Saturday, Nov. 1: Chicken breast on a bun, baby carrots, cucumbers, apple, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.
Monday, Nov. 3: Beef-rib patty, corn, seasoned potatoes, diced peaches, orange juice, angel food cake and milk.
Tuesday, Nov. 4: Teriyaki chicken, oriental vegetables, broccoli, tropical fruit, fruit juice, wheat bread, fortune cookie or sugar-free cookie and milk.
TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 12 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486.
