YSU defeats South Dakota State 30-27

The Youngstown State football team defeated South Dakota State 30-27 in Saturday's Missouri Valley game in Brookings.

It was the Penguins' first win in Brookings since 1974. YSU is 6-2 and 3-1 in the MVFC.
