Police reported a man visiting his grandmother at the facility posed as a police officer and had a gun in his possession.

Police took Koenig to the Mahoning County jail, where he was placed on suicide watch because of several comments he made to police. He will be monitored until his court appearance at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Campbell Municipal Court, police said.

Pleads guilty

PITTSBURGH

A 43-year-old New Castle, Pa., man has pleaded guilty in federal court to producing material depicting the sexual exploitation of an 8-year-old girl.

Donald A. Miller entered his plea before U.S. District Court Judge Cathy Bissoon, who will sentence him at 10 a.m. Jan. 28.

Miller, who remains in custody pending sentencing, could serve a life prison term and be fined up to $500,000.

The charge stems from sexually explicit videos on a tablet Miller sold to a New Castle resident Dec. 24, 2013, at an Ohio flea market, the U.S. attorney said.

The case was investigated by the FBI and Pennsylvania State and New Castle police.
