John Vath Jr., 37, Wendover Circle, domestic violence, resisting arrest and intimidation.

James Brown, 31, Selkirk Avenue, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Amber C. Carpenter, 33, Main Street, Mineral Ridge, two counts of possession of drugs and theft.

Craig J. Davis, 29, Salem-Warren Road, North Jackson, illegal manufacture of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and possession of drugs.

Dale Davis, 24, East Midlothian Boulevard, obstructing justice.

Joseph Bradford, 36, Main Street, Salem, possession of heroin, possession of drug-abuse instruments and obstructing official business.

Lisha Marie Roberts, 47, Ferndale Avenue, tampering with evidence and receiving stolen property.

Jose Rodriguez, 25, North Lakeview Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of drug-abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darren Gunn, 59, Wilson Road, New Castle, Pa., possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia with a forfeiture specification.

James Andelmo II, 46, Neshannock Village Road, New Castle, Pa., possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia with a forfeiture specification.

Lisa Marchionda, 50, Southern Boulevard, assault, harassment by inmate and resisting arrest.

Tequan Gilford, 20, Porter Avenue, Campbell, two counts of felonious assault with a firearm specification and aggravated menacing.

Mitchell Glay, 26, South Schenley Avenue, burglary.
