Lauren Kolesar v Jonathan Brauer

Lauren Kolesar and Jonathan Brauer, both of Sagamore Hills, Ohio, were joined in marriage June 21 at ThomCreek Winery and Gardens, where a reception followed. The Rev. Stephen Sabanos officiated at the 5:30 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Lynn Kolesar of Solon, Ohio, and Scott and Kathleen Brauer of Poland are the parents of the groom.

The couple honeymooned at of Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean.

Sister of the bride Lindsay Lyons was matron of honor. The attendants wore black gowns, and bridesmaids were Annie Cute and Kristi Kocher.

Brother of the groom Jared Brauer was best man. Groomsmen were John Tomich and Nick Schell.

Mrs. Brauer graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in business communication. She is a contract specialist for the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs in Independence, Ohio.

Her husband, also a graduate of OU, earned a master’s degree in environmental studies. He is a storm water inspector for Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio.
