Warren man faces charges

WARREN
A city man faces charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault after several incidents with police Tuesday evening.
The first incident was at 6:30 p.m. when an officer stopped Peter Kondolios, 53, of Adrian Drive Southeast in the parking lot of the police station for wreckless operation. He threw the ticket on the ground.
An officer told him to pick it up or he would be charged with littering. Kondolios picked it up and threw it in the officer’s cruiser.
A short time later, Kondolios came inside the police department, and the officer tried to give him the ticket again, but Kondolios threw it back again and left.
About 8 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Circle K, 606 N. Park Ave. because Kondolios was in the parking lot playing loud music. Officers got him to turn down the music, and he left.
At 9:14 p.m., police were called to 182 High St. NE, where residents of the Warner House apartments said Kondolios was driving recklessly up and down the street.
As officers looked for him, a dispatcher reported he was back at the police station again.
Officers found him in the parking lot looking under his car. As he got up, something fell from his shirt, and he threw it at the head of an officer. He resisted arrest and wouldn’t cooperate with officers, police said.
