Pirogi class is rescheduled

Polska Kuchnia for October is pirogi. The class has been rescheduled to 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, 201 Wick Avenue.

The cost is $25 per class or $175 for the year, and the instructor is Chef Tad Siembida.

This hands-on training removes the mystery from your grandma’s favorite recipes. Students will work side-by-side with experienced Polish cooks and bakers allowing them to not only get a recipe but also absorb their knowledge and experience with all the tips and tricks that make a dish delicious.
