Austintown educator is Ohio Department of Education’s Region 8 Teacher of the Year

AUSTINTOWN

Michelle Best, an Austintown Middle School language arts teacher, has been selected as the Ohio Department of Education’s Region 8 Teacher of the Year.

Besides teaching eighth grade English, Best also serves as a United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Teaching Fellow and has presented nationally on the topic of Holocaust education for several years.
