Coping with stress program is planned

Humility of Mary Health Partners will present “Coping With Stress: What to Do When Life Isn’t Perfect” with Rachel O’Neill, Ph. D., for the autumn Women in Touch program.

Dr. O’Neill, who has more than 14 years’ experience in the mental health profession, will discuss strategies to effectively manage stress and improve one’s health. Continuing education credits are available for nurses, dietitians, dietary technicians and social workers.

The program is offered twice: from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 28 at Ciminero’s Banquet Center in Niles, and from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 29 at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
