Torch club announces winner

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Youngstown Chapter of the International Association of Torch Clubs, Region Five, announced the winner of its 2014 Essay Scholarship Competition at a recent dinner at Youngstown State University. YSU student Sheridan Sullivan was the recipient of the $1,000 scholarship. Joint contributions of $500 each were made by Perc Kelty, Torch Club member, and the local organization.
