Avoid Market Street downtown through Wednesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Market Street southbound lanes between Boardman and Federal streets downtown will be closed to vehicular traffic today through Wednesday to allow AT&T to have a crane near 15 Market St., where it is serving existing antennas on top of that building.

Public walkways adjacent to that location will also be closed on those days.
