Stambaugh Pillars prepare for 17th annual fashion show

Stambaugh Pillars will host its 17th annual Holiday Fashion Show on Nov. 5 in the Stambaugh Auditorium Grand Ballroom.

The show will feature fashions provided by Dillard’s in the Southern Park Mall, furs by Lingenfelter Brill and modeling by several local news personalities from WKBN and WYTV. About 20 models will wear clothing for men, women and children.

A social hour featuring mimosas will kick off the event at 10:30 a.m. in the ballroom lobby. A catered lunch by Saratoga will be served at 11:30, and the fashion show will begin at 12:30 p.m.

The runway coordinator is Donna Crean of DC Dance & Gym in Warren. The mistress of ceremonies for the fashion show is Amy Radinovic of WKBN.

The event will include a 50-50 raffle and a ticket raffle including $500 and $250 shopping sprees and items from local businesses. Some of the items are valued at more than $100. Tickets for the raffle are $1 each or $5 for six. The tickets are available through the auditorium box office as well as in the lobby and ballroom before the show.

The event centerpieces, designed by Something New Florist, will be available for sale. Philadelphia Candies chocolates will be featured on each table for guests to sample. Dillard’s will provide each attendee a coupon for a free paraffin hand wax at the Southern Park Mall location.
