MANAGEMENT

Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. hired Chad E. Hanley as a senior project manager in the Water and Wastewater Services group in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Hanley brings more than 16 years of municipal, water and wastewater engineering experience to HRG. In his new role with the firm, he will be responsible for providing water and wastewater infrastructure engineering services to authorities and municipalities. His project responsibilities will include client and project management, design and quality assurance/quality control.

PUBLIC CHARITY

The Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley announced the addition of three staff members.

Linda Kostka was named coordinator of development and donor services. Casey Bertolette was named coordinator of supporting organizations and grant-making and Janet Byrne was named office manager. The three fill new positions created after three previous posts became vacant earlier this year.

MARKETING

Shepherd of the Valley announced Danielle Procopio as the corporate director of marketing, sales and communication for Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Retirement Services.

Procopio comes to the position with extensive marketing and sales experience in health care. She previously served SouthernCare Hospice as community relations director where she focused on management and training.

She will be responsible for coordinating marketing and sales efforts, working on special events and projects and community relations for Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Retirement System.
