Teen Challenge plans annual banquet

Ohio Valley Teen Challenge is celebrating its 5th anniversary at a banquet at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 30 in Stambaugh Auditorium’s Grand Ballroom, 1000 Fifth Ave.

Tickets, which must be reserved by Thursday, are $25 per person or $200 for a table of eight.
