Youth ministry celebrates neighbors

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Holy Family Youth Ministry celebrated Good Neighbor Day on Sept. 28 with neighbors at the Blackburn Home in Poland. The Youth Ministry treated the residents with a Handel’s coin for a free cone.
