Randi Bowen, Ron Haines plan Oct. 31 wedding

Randi Bowen and Ron Haines, both of Boardman, are engaged, their parents, Randall and Gayle Bowen of Poland and Michelle Sinkele of Niles, are announcing. Mr. Haines also is the son of Ron Haines of Delaware, Ohio.

The couple have planned a wedding for 2 p.m. Oct. 31 at B&O Station Banquet Hall in Youngstown, where the reception will follow. Invitations have been issued for the events.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in middle childhood education. She is employed in the office of Stadium GM in Salem.

The prospective groom attended YSU. He is a manager of CVS Pharmacy in Hubbard.
