Mahoning Co. coroner rules on roofer's death

YOUNGSTOWN — A roofer for Roofrite Company died after injuries he received while on the job.

Brandon Ware, 27, fell through a roof at 555 N. Meridan Road, and landed on his head Oct. 7. Ware died four days later as a result of blunt-force injuries of the head, according to a report from the Mahoning County Coroner’s office. The investigation into the matter is still ongoing. A spokesman for the company declined to comment until the investigation was complete.
