Author Christie will sign books

Local author Nancy Christie will be signing copies of her short fiction collection at Barnes & Noble Booksellers, 381 Boardman-Poland Road, from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Christie will be signing copies of her latest book, “Traveling Left of Center and Other Stories.”

The theme of “Traveling Left of Center,” which can be found at www.nancychristie.com/books/traveling, is of people who are unable or unwilling to gain control over their lives and so find themselves “traveling left of center.
