Thursday's soil and water conservation dinner, pond clinic canceled

CANFIELD — Mahoning Soil & Water Conservation District has canceled the 2014 Pond Clinic and Dinner scheduled for 5 p.m. Thursday at Greier Ag Center Inc., 9585 Columbiana Canfield Road.

The annual election, however, will still take place with voting from 5 through 6:30 p.m. Voters must be at least 18 years of age and live in Mahoning County or own land within the county.

Candidates in this year’s special election are Shaun Blanc of Boardman and Richard DeLuca of Struthers.
