Earns Eagle rank

John Spencer Brady, grandson of James and Shirley Olson of Liberty and Edward and Margaret Brady of Westerville, has earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He is a member of Boy Scout Troop 1180 in Kansas City, Mo.

His Eagle Scout service project involved creating and building several bulletin boards for various teachers at St. Charles Elementary School in Kansas City.

Highlights of John’s scouting career include participating in the University of Missouri engineering group and working for Habitat for Humanity in Tennessee.

He is a senior at Rockhurst High School in Missouri, where he is a member of the Outdoor Club. His hobbies include fishing and reading.
