The Youngstown State football team trails Western Illinois 14-3 after the first quarter of Saturday's Missouri Valley football game at Stambaugh Stadium.

Joey Cejudo made a 28-yard field goal to open the scoring, but Leathernecks QB Trenton Norvell hit Lance Lenoir on two TD passes.
