A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday:

Donald Williams, 27, Parkway Avenue, Struthers and Kelsy Nizlak-Williams, 27, Springfield Road, New Springfield, superseding indictment, two counts receiving stolen property, two counts misuse of credit card, five counts of forgery and theft.

Nicholas Kovell, 27, Brentwood Avenue, Warren, two counts of assault, intimidation, two counts of harassment with a bodily substance, aggravated menacing and assault.

Kelim Rushton, 29, Griffith Street, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and resisting arrest.

Nathaniel Cheatham Jr., 24, Lakewood Avenue, possession of cocaine and trafficking in marijuana with forfeiture specifications.

Kori J. Bennett, 26, Southern Boulevard, possession of heroin.

Jason A. Walters. 35, Selkirk Avenue, Austintown, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam C.J. Celedonia, 30, Market Street, Boardman, receiving stolen property, possession of drugs and possession of drug-abuse instruments.

David Cotton, 26, and Lakesisha Cotton, 23, both West Delason Avenue, burglary and aggravated burglary.

Mercedes Faircloth, 59, East Warren Avenue, theft.

Lorrie Howley, 54, West Heights Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of drug-abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jodeci Miles, 22, South Jackson Street and Devin Towns, 39, Lakewood Avenue, two counts of possession of cocaine and possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.

John Reid, 26, East Philadelphia Avenue, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Demetria Robbins, 21, Pasadena Avenue, receiving stolen property and forgery.

John Tufino, 21, Myron Street, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

Destinique P. Brown, 21, Falls Avenue, identity fraud and forgery.

Raymond Sykes, 24, North Evanston Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Joseph Alexander, 20, Goshen Road, Salem, direct presentment, unlawful sexual contact with a minor.

James Bares, 39, Thalin Avenue, direct presentment, 12 counts of gross sexual imposition.

Robert Sass, 28, Bouquet Avenue, direct presentment, burglary.

Brennan Diana, 23, Rosewood Avenue, direct presentment, burglary.

Daniel S. Karnofel, 44, West State Street, Niles, direct presentment, breaking and entering and disrupting public services.

Jeremy Betts, 29, Bennington Avenue, direct presentment, carrying concealed weapons, defacing marks of a firearm and failure to stop after an accident.
