Howland Community Church was the setting for the June 21 wedding of Emily Andrews of Howland and Vincent Procopio of Poland. A reception followed at Avalon Golf and Country Club at Squaw Creek in Vienna.

The couple reside in Poland after a honeymoon in San Francisco and Hawaii.

The bride is the daughter of Craig and Patty Andrews of Howland, and the groom is the son of Vincent and Angela Procopio of Canfield.

The bride wore a white A-line tulle-over-satin dress with lace, pearl beads, a scooped sweetheart neckline and a corset back.

Carolyn Smiley served as matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Jaime Andrews, sister-in-law of the bride; Danielle Procopio, sister-in-law of the groom; Sarah Campbell; and Kate Fort, cousin of the bride. Attendants wore black dresses.

Best man for his brother was Dan Procopio, and groomsmen were Ian Andrews, brother of the bride; Nick Roberts; Bob Hirschl; Dan Roberts; Marty Shaffer; and Andy Milano.

Mrs. Procopio earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Kent State University. She is a physical education teacher at Howland Glen Primary School.

Mr. Procopio earned a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree from Westminster College. He is assistant principal at Howland Middle School.
