Kelley Blue Book lists October car deals

Vehicle-information source Kelley Blue Book recently released the 10 best lease, financing and cash-back deals for this month.

The 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe is listed as a top lease deal with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $40,420 and the Kelley Blue Book fair purchase price of $38,399, which was sourced Oct. 3 to show shoppers what others have been paying for this car.

KBB lists the CTS Coupe with a $299 monthly payment with a 36-month lease term and $3,029 due at signing.

Financing deals for October include the 2014 Toyota Camry LE with an MSRP of $23,695, an FPP listed at $21,394, at zero percent annual percentage rate and $1,000 cash back; 2014 Hyundai Genesis Sedan with an MSRP of $36,120, an FPP of $31,988, a 2.9 percent APR and $2,500 cash back; and the 2014 Volkswagen Golf with an MSRP of $20,815, an FPP of $18,338 and zero percent APR.
