South Range to forfeit win for using ineligible player

The South Range High football team will forfeit last Friday's varsity win over East Palestine as well as two junior varsity victories after the Ohio High School Athletic Association notified the school that an ineligible player had participated, the school reported in an email.

Athletic director Wayne Allegretto and head coach Dan Yeagley were placed on administrative leave indefinitely. An interim coach will be named for Friday's game at United.
