Alzheimer network sets caregiver series

The Alzheimer Network is presenting a three-part Caregiver Series at Prince of Peace Church, 490 N. High St. beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday with Diana Wood, RN, speaking on symptoms, diagnosis, medications and behaviors.

Part 2 will be presented at 10 a.m. Oct. 18 with Jennifer Bionci, SW, speaking on legal/financial Issues, community services and veterans benefits.

The last session will be at 10 a.m. Oct. 25 featuring Dorothy Barto, MLS, whose topic will be safety concerns and learning to cope with changes.

All sessions are free and open to family, caregivers and interested parties dealing with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. For information call 330-788-9755.
