UPDATE | I-680 southbound at Shirley Road/Indianola Avenue reopened

YOUNGSTOWN — Interstate 680 southbound at Shirley Road and Indianola Avenue has reopened.

That section had been closed because of an accident near the Shirley Road exit early this morning.
