Mill Creek Park board has special meeting Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Mill Creek MetroParks board has scheduled a special meeting for 6 p.m. Tuesday at the park's Birch Hill Cabin.

The only item on the agenda is an executive session to discuss personnel matters.
