3 arrested on theft charges in Campbell

CAMPBELL — City police responded to a call of vicious dogs on Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority property off Jean Street about 4:30 p.m. Sunday when an officer noticed three people pushing a refrigerator out of the YMHA property.

Police arrested the three on charges of theft and complicity to theft. They are Roxanne Jones, 33, and Jarell Lamonte Heard, 28, both of Campbell, and Malcolm Myers, 24, of Youngstown. All three have court dates set for 9 a.m. Tuesday in municipal court here.
