2 women face drug charges after arrest in Campbell

CAMPBELL — City police arrested Tammy Cook, 41, of Campbell and Raelene Diamantes, 45, of Brookfield at 11:30 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and driving with open containers.

Police conducted a traffic stop on McCartney Road when they saw open containers in Cook’s vehicle. Police searched both the driver and the passenger and found a bag that contained suspected crack cocaine. Both women have court dates set for 9 a.m. Tuesday in municipal court.
