COLUMBUS
The Purple Raiders had a school-record eight rushing touchdowns. The Raiders rushed for 491 yards as Mount Union generated 730 total yards of offense while the defense held Capital to 60 total yards. Mount Union (4-0, 3-0 Ohio Athletic Conference) extends its regular season win streak to 87 games. Capital falls to 2-2, 1-2. Junior running back Brandon Williams rushed for three touchdowns with a career-best 107 rushing yards on six carries. Sophomore Bradley Mitchell had two rushing touchdowns on 93 yards rushing. The other three rushing touchdowns came from freshman Jamal Johnson with two and junior Logan Nemeth. Senior quarterback Kevin Burke completed 15-of-22 passes for 222 yards and threw two touchdowns. Senior wide receiver Luc Meacham and junior wide receiver Roman Namdar each caught a touchdown pass as they both had four catches for 77 yards. The defense forced three turnovers as junior Tom Lally forced a pair of fumbles and junior Alex Kocheff had an interception. Junior linebacker Hank Spencer led the unit with 5.5 tackles.

SPRINGFIELD
Hiram (2-3, 1-3 North Coast Athletic Conference) was led by sophomore linebacker Kyle Burchett who had 3.5 tackles for loss and 12 total tackles. Junior Nate Eaton had five receptions for 45 yards and freshman Brendon Carr (Wellsville) rushed for a career-high 41 yards.
Baldwin Wallace 35, Muskingum 7
BEREA
Junior quarterback Tyler Moeglin threw three touchdown passes and rushed for one to lead the Yellow Jackets (2-2, 1-2 OAC) at The George Finnie Stadium on Homecoming. Muskingum is 1-3, 1-2. Moeglin completed 14 of 24 passes for 161 yards. He also rushed for 49 yards on nine carries with one score. The running attack was led by junior running back Issaac Reed who rushed for 88 yards on 18 carries. Reed also caught one pass for 20-yards and a TD. The receivers were led by senior Kyle Dunne caught seven passes for 87 yards and two TDS. The defense was led by sophomore linebacker John McElfresh had a game-high tying 10 tackles. Four players with seven tackles including the Frank Roppolo Player of the Game in senior All-OAC defensive end Luke Riemenschneider, who also added a Finnie Stadium record 86-yard fumble recovery for touchdown.

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS
Senior quarterback Mark Myers engineered a 10-play, 70-yard drive midway through the fourth quarter for the winning points. The drive was capped by a 4-yard touchdown pass to Aramis Greenwood. Greenwood hauled in four first half passes for 103 yards. Tommy Michals finished with 170 yards on a career-high 32 carries.

Ryan Bitzer completed nine of 17 passes for 77 yards for the Storm (1-4, 0-1 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference). He also rushed for 32 yards on 12 attempts. Tommy Jackson (Hubbard) was Bitzer’s top target, hauling in four catches for 36 yards. Tanner Wells led the Storm defensively with 11 total tackles, seven of which were solo stops. Maurice Hale had 10 stops while Ty Law and Devante Sims had eight.

The Cavs (1-4, 1-4 GLIAC) compiled 125 yards on the ground, with Justin Keith rushing for 55 yards in the game at Fawcett Stadium. Brody Tonn was 21 of 29 for 176 yards. Jerald Robinson caught seven passes for 60 yards. Walsh fumbled four times, losing two. The Cavs outgained Northwood 337 to 310. For Northwood (3-2, 2-2), Jared Bruguglio rushed for 195 yards.

Freshman placekicker Tyler Kohman connected on a 50-yard field goal that bounced off the cross bar to lift the Tartans (2-2, 2-2 Presidents’ Athletic Conference) to victory. Paul Columbo passed for 238 yards and three touchdowns. Khurazze Williams led the Titans (0-5, 0-3) with four receptions for 60 yards and added a two-point conversion in the setback. Dominique McKinley led the rushing attack for Westminster with 120 yards on 30 carries.
Thiel 21, Saint Vincent 20
GREENVILLE, PA.
Trailing 17-7 at the half, the Tomcats scratched out a homecoming victory behind two second-half touchdowns. Taylor Fink carried 31 times for 147 yards. Ryan Radke ran for 148 yards, including a 55-yard scamper, on 16 carries. Thiel ran for 310 yards and limited the Bearcats to 77 yards on the ground. Radke completed 7-of-20 passes for 62 yards with one touchdown pass. Borgen, who played the second half, completed 7-of-12 passes for 92 yards with one interception. Matt Deakins, who played the first half for the Bearcats, completed 9-of-18 throws for 153 yards with one touchdown strike. Linebacker Jack Sindlinger led the Tomcats with 10 tackles while Wes Schmidt made nine stops and broke up two passes, including one in the end zone. Defensive tackle Reily Shane notched two sacks.
Waynesburg 35, Grove City 0
GROVE CITY, PA.
Waynesburg quarterback Carter Hill (Crestview) completed 20 of 34 passes for 311 yards and five touchdowns, including four touchdowns in the first half for Waynesburg (4-1, 2-1 PAC). Sophomore quarterback Aaron Lundmark made his first start for Grove City (0-4, 0-2) and completed 14 of 27 passes for 150 yards. He also ran for a team-best 16 yards on seven carries. Freshman quarterback Tyler Kepple went 5 for 8, good for 22 yards. Junior Josh Peach caught six passes for 70 yards while junior wide receiver David Folkmire added four receptions. Junior wingback Zach Rader recorded three catches for 33 yards. Junior linebacker Bobby Tuttle, senior linebacker Jason Skyrm and freshman safety Kyle Beyer all posted nine tackles for Grove City. Waynesburg took a 7-0 lead when Hill threw an 18-yard touchdown pass to Bernie Thompson. In the second quarter, Hill threw touchdown passes of 91 and 15 yards to Willie Leavell. Hill closed the first half with a 30-yard touchdown pass to Thompson.
