Mr. and Mrs. Vlasov observe 50th anniversary

HOWLAND

Michael A. and Donna Vlasov of Howland recently observed their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends.

Mr. Vlasov and the former Donna Daum were married Sept. 5, 1964, at St. Demetrios Orthodox Church in Warren.

The couple have one son, Michael E. (Ashley) and a grandson, Alex Michael, all of Geneva, Ohio.

Mr. Vlasov retired in 2002 from WCI Steel and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Mrs. Vlasov retired from Trumbull County Board of Elections in 2005.

Since retiring, the couple spend the winter months in Venice, Fla. They are members of Shenango Valley Corvette Club and several golf leagues.

They attend North Mar Church and renewed their wedding vows with their nephew, the Rev. Myron Daum, as the officiant.

They are planning a cruise to Hawaii this month.
