grand jury indictments Mahoning County


A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday. They are expected to be arraigned before Common Pleas Judge Lou D’Apolito later this month.

Those indicted are:

Vittorio Pace, 22, Starwick Drive, Canfield, superseding indictment, two counts of vandalism, driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop after an accident and failure to control.

Anthony McDowell, 40, Carlotta Drive, misuse of credit card and receiving stolen property.

Iziah Beacham, 19, Alameda Avenue, possession of heroin.

Samuel T. Mariano, 22, Bryant Drive, Austintown, burglary.

Marvinia L. Oliver, 36, Woodview Avenue Southwest, Warren, assault.

Jeffrey McCain, 39, West State Street, Salem, possession of cocaine.

Ernest Tatum, 48, West Oakland Avenue Southwest, Newton Falls, harassment by inmate, resisting arrest and criminal trespass.

Anthony Venneri, 49, Arkwright Avenue, possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification, possession of dangerous ordnance and illegal use or possession of drug paraphrenalia.

Stephen Zitello, 24, West Heights, two counts of burglary.

Jason T. Sobnosky, 31, Columbiana Road, New Middletown, five counts of receiving stolen property, three counts of misuse of a credit card, four counts of identity fraud and burglary.

Brian Moore, 32, Elm Street, Struthers, domestic violence.

Daniel L. Schritchfield, 37, Neilson Avenue and Ruthann M. Scritchfield, 31, Neilson Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Adam Perkins, 20, Logan Arms, Liberty, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

David Snyder, 26, Wesley Avenue, burglary.

Kyle D. Childs, 24, Sterling Avenue, Sharon, Pa., carrying a concealed weapon.

Jimmie Little, 63, West Midlothian Boulevard, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Victor M. Rosario-Aviles, 23, Chambers Avenue, Campbell, failure to notify change of address.
