Jamie Mitchell, Kevin Malarick plan wedding

Jamie Lynn Mitchell and Kevin William Malarick, both of Struthers, are planning a wedding on Oct. 11.

She is the daughter of Marsha J. Mitchell of Boardman, and he is the son of the late James R. and Diane S. Malarick.

The 1:30 p.m. ceremony will take place at St. Nicholas Church in Struthers, and a reception will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church hall in Youngstown.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

She is a registered nurse employed at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.

The prospective groom graduated from New Castle School of Trades with a degree in automotive technology. He also graduated from Mahoning County Career and Technical Center Fire Academy. He is employed as an engineer for the Struthers Fire Department.
