YOUNGSTOWN
Police arrested a man they found passed out in his bathroom Wednesday on drug charges, and also found pills in two separate traffic stops.
About 3:15 p.m., officers were called for a drug overdose in the 2400 block of Canfield Road and found Peter Foltz, 26, passed out in his bathroom not breathing. Reports said his skin was a grayish-blue color and a needle and spoon were near his body.
Paramedics were called, and they managed to revive Foltz, reports said. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center for treatment with a police hold on charges of possession of drugs/heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
About 4:30 p.m., officers pulled over a car driven by 31-year-old Colin Larouere of Youngstown at Southern Boulevard and East Philadelphia Avenue for failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. Reports said he acted very nervous, and when he got out of the car jammed his hands in his pockets like he was trying to hide something.
When police searched him, they found a bag of heroin and three pills. He was taken to the Mahoning County jail on a charge of possession of heroin and possession of dangerous drugs.
About 10:40 p.m., officers pulled over a car on Oak Street because it did not have a license-plate light, and they smelled burnt marijuana coming from inside. A passenger, Karesia London, 22, of Youngstown, had five pills in her wallet. She was issued a summons for possession of drugs and released.
Reports did not identify the driver of the car.
