Cardinal Mooney High School, 1965. Named Distinguished Alumna, along with the Rev. Father Stephen Popovich, in 2003.

Carlow University, Pittsburgh: Where she met her husband and received a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1969.

Case Western Reserve University’s Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, received master’s degree in nursing in 1992.

Career

Western Reserve Care System: Director of pediatric home care program and staff education instructor.

St. Elizabeth Hospital: Labor and delivery nurse, taught labor and delivery at St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing.

Youngstown State University: Part-time faculty in YSU’s Schools of Allied Health and Nursing.

Mahoning County Health Department, nursing director: November 1995 to Nov. 30, 2014.

Hobby

Plays the guitar and sings. Writes songs for people when they retire.
