Campbell woman arrested on identity fraud charges

CAMPBELL

Police arrested Melinda Gigax, 42, of Campbell on felony charges of identity fraud. Gigax' step sister in Warren reported to police Wednesday that Gigax had used her name when she received a traffic citation. The Warren woman had proof of the incident.

Police said a prosecutor would move forward with the case today. No court date has been set for Gigax.
