Campbell police arrest 2 on drug-related charges


CAMPBELL

Police arrested two Pennsylvania men on drug-related charges in a traffic stop Wednesday night. Police conducted a traffic stop at about 8:40 p.m. on McCartney Road for objects obstructing the driver's vision, and police noticed Scott Gladd, 33, of Volant, Pa., conceal something under his seat.

Police found a hypodermic needle, a glass pipe and .5 grams of crack cocaine in the vehicle. Both Gladd and Andrew Williams, 30, of Freedonia, Pa., passenger, were arrested on charges of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia. They were transported to the Mahoning County Justice Center.
