Salvation Army, 1501 Glenwood Ave., Youngstown: The Salvation Army will serve a free community Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at its Youngstown headquarters, 1501 Glenwood Ave. The dinner is free to the public and available to anyone who is in need. In 2013, the organization served 700 Thanksgiving meals, and they hope to serve the same or surpass that number this year. For questions or information, call 330-270-5999.

St. Vincent De Paul Dining Hall, 208 W. Front St., Youngstown: The St. Vincent De Paul Society of Mahoning County will host a Thanksgiving dinner from 10:30 a.m. to noon Thursday. All are welcome. For information or questions, contact president Brian Antal at 330-690-8435.
