The seventh annual Homeless Walk, kick-off for Help Hotline Crisis Center’s 2014-2015 Cold Weather Emergency Shelter Program, begins at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent DePaul Dinning Hall, 208 W. Front St., and ends at the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley, 962 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
