NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.
The Tenors will bring their Christmas show back to Westminster College on Dec. 9 for a 7:30 p.m. concert in Orr Auditorium.
The Canadian vocal act was so well-received in its performance at the college last year that the Celebrity Series decided to bring it back.
Group members Victor Micallef, Clifton Murray, Remigio Pereira and Fraser Walters will present songs from their new album, “Lead with Your Heart,” as well as Christmas songs from their holiday album, “The Perfect Gift.”
Tickets, ranging from $35-$55, are available by calling the box office at 724-946-7354. For information, go to westminster.edu/celebrity.
In its short career, the group has performed on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” for the Queen of Britain during her Diamond Jubilee at Windsor Castle, the broadcast of the 2011 Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, at the opening ceremonies of Vancouver’s 2010 Olympics and for the NBA, MLB and NHL all-star games.
They have shared the stage with Sarah McLachlan, Neil Young, Paul Anka, Justin Bieber, Paul McCartney, Brian McKnight, David Foster and Natalie Cole.
