Campbell police make 2 drug-related arrests
CAMPBELL
Police conducted two drug-related arrests Monday night. Police arrested Nicholas Snyder, 24, of Campbell on felony charges of possessing drugs and three misdemeanor charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, drug related instruments and a bench warrant at 5:25 p.m. at the police station on Tenney Avenue.
Snyder came to the police station to pick up property when police recalled he had a bench warrant. Police searched his person and found one gram of suspected heroin, a hypodermic needle and a metal spoon. He had a 9 a.m. court appearance today.
Police also arrested Brandon Hill, 25, of Campbell on charges of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia at 5:55 p.m. on Wilson Avenue.
Police conducted a traffic stop with Hill because his vehicle's headlights weren't on after dark. Police reported they smelled marijuana, and after searching the vehicle, they found five grams of marijuana. Hill was transported to the Campbell Police Department and was released on a $325 bond.
