GREENSBURG, Pa.

The girlfriend of a western Pennsylvania man killed after a standoff with police last year has pleaded guilty to stealing two guns she gave him that day.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports 27-year-old Julian Upholster, of Latrobe, pleaded guilty to robbery, conspiracy and firearms offenses.

Westmoreland County prosecutors say she stole the guns from a roommate before giving them to Scott Murphy, 46, who used one weapon to rob a pharmacy of painkillers on July 18, 2013. Police fatally shot Murphy in the ensuing standoff at his home.
