City's 18th homicide victim ID'd

YOUNGSTOWN — The man shot to death at about 9:45 p.m. Sunday has been identified as 22-year-old Devon Lavell Damous.

He was found slumped over the steering wheel of a van in the driveway of a 721 Lexington Ave. home on the North Side.

His death is the city's 18th homicide of the year and fourth within a week.

Youngstown had 20 homicides in 2013.
