Andrea Ellis and Douglas Bevan exchanged vows Sept. 20 at Ogden Church. The Rev. John Maguire officiated at the 4 p.m. ceremony.
A reception followed at The Centre at Lenawee Christian School.
Don Ellis of Adrian and Sharon Gillow of Brooklyn, Mich., are the parents of the bride. Diane Bevan of Youngstown and Bradley Bevan of Niles are the parents of the groom.
After a honeymoon to Rivera Maya, Mexico, the couple reside in Adrian.
Mrs. Bevan graduated from Professional Skills Institute with a physical therapist assistant degree. She works as a physical therapist assistant for Carter Rehab & Aquatic Centers in Adrian.
Her groom earned a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. He is a civil engineer for Mannik Smith Group in Monroe, Mich.
The bride wore a white strapless flowing gown with a white veil.
Julie Wachter, the groom’s sister, was her honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Sarah Publiski, the bride’s sister, and Deana Bowman, the groom’s sister. The flower girl was Brynn Publiski, the bride’s niece. The attendants wore blue-jay colored dresses.
The groom’s brother, Shawn Wachter, was best man. Groomsmen were Thomas Cruickshank and Christopher Bowman, the groom’s brother. The ring bearer was Avery Publiski, the bride’s nephew. Ushers were Brennan Bowman and Sebastian Bowman, the groom’s nephews.
