SVSM stuns Hubbard with two late touchdowns

RAVENNA — Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary scored two late touchdowns to stun Hubbard, 26-23, in a Division III, Region 11 final on Friday night.

The winning touchdown came on a punt the Irish initially fumbled, then returned for a touchdown with 24 seconds to play.

SVSM (11-2) has beaten Hubbard (12-1) in the playoffs each of the last three seasons.
