CAMPBELL

A New Castle, Pa., man and woman will have hearings in municipal court next week after their arrest on drug charges.

According to reports, police pulled over a car driven by Hayley Davis, 25, of English Avenue in New Castle, at McCartney Road near Lettie Avenue because of an obstructed windshield at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Davis and a passenger, Christopher Nixon, 24, of Dixon Street in New Castle, were asked to step out of the car so a drug-sniffing police dog could do a free air sniff around their car.

The dog alerted on the driver’s side door.
