“Fiddler on the Roof,SDRq Area Community Theatre of Sharpsville, Pierce Opera House, 100 N. Mercer Ave., Sharpsville, Pa., auditions 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Interested individuals will be asked to sing an excerpt of a song from the show and read from a provided script. Performances will be March 14-16 and 21-23. Call 724-456-3121 for information.

“Disney’s Peter Pan Jr.,SDRq Youth Theatre musical directed by Peggy Hanna, Annex Theatre, New Castle Playhouse, 202 E. Long Ave., New Castle, Pa., auditions 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 7 and 9. Auditions open to children kindergarten through 12th grade. Actors should come prepared to sing a short vocal selection of their choice. An accompanist will be available, or actors can bring a CD to sing with (no vocal track, please), or sing a cappella. Actors also will be asked to read a selection from the script, which will be provided at the auditions. Performances will include school shows March 3-5 and Playhouse performances March 6-8 and 13-15.
