Christie Baker of Poland and Jeffrey Mitch of Butler, Pa., were united in marriage June 21 at Holy Family Church. A reception followed at the Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown.

The bride is the daughter of Dave and Ursula Baker of Poland. Parents of the groom are Raymond and Carol Mitch of Butler.

The honor attendants were Katie Shafer of Boardman and Amy Mitch of Butler. Bridesmaids were Ashley Bolina, Sarah Bolina, Elizabeth Gullaskey, Christina Noll, Emily Slaven, Vanessa Rendine and Alyssa Federoff.

Performing the duties of best man were Theodore Mitch and Thomas Mitch. Groomsmen were Sean McCann, Robert Gillespie, Eric Shaeffer, David Baker, Matthew Baker, Andrew Waltersdorf and Robert Lewis.

The bride graduated from Duquesne University and from Kent State University with a master’s degree. She is a high school Spanish teacher in the Jackson-Milton School District.

The groom graduated from Duquesne University. He is a CPA employed by American Eagle Outfitters Corp. in Pittsburgh.

After a honeymoon trip to Bermuda, the couple are making their home in Poland.
